David E. Venditti has been practicing law in New York for over 24 years. After beginning his career in New York City as an associate of a firm devoted exclusively to personal injury and negligence litigation, he moved into private practice in Westchester County where he engaged in a broad-based commercial, litigation, transactional, and land use practice. Mr. Venditti maintained a private practice in Westchester County for over 20 years before joining the Litigation Department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, in New York City, where he was involved with complex commercial litigation and high profile financial regulatory matters. As an elected official in Westchester County, he is involved with various municipal legal and land use issues, as well as formation of municipal policy. Mr. Venditti has over 24 years experience in plaintiffs' and defendants' personal injury and products liability litigation, commercial and residential transactional real estate, land use and development, wills and estates, and has been counsel to numerous corporations and limited partnerships. He is former President of the Greater Ossining Bar Association. Mr. Venditti joined the firm in 2009.
