Steven H. Gaines has been practicing law in Westchester County and New York City for over twenty-five years. He commenced his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County where he served for five years and rose to the level of senior trial attorney in the major offense bureau. He is an accomplished negotiator and litigator specializing in toxic torts, products liability, personal injury law, estate and commercial matters. Mr. Gaines also has extensive experience in the prosecution and defense of mechanics and contractors liens. He has successfully tried to verdict over one hundred trials (both jury and non-jury). Many of these trials have resulted in substantial recoveries in millions of dollars, for clients who suffered property, business or personal damages. Mr. Gaines is a founding member and equity partner of the firm.
